Hey! Usually new users created take some time to propagate but the last one don’t even work after a few days, they are getting a 409 error.
The users affected are: kof…@…nt.com and che…@…nt.com
Observed behavior
After login, and loading a resource we see
Context
- Environment name: production
- Agent technology: (node, php, rails, python): ruby
- Agent (forest package) name & version: forest_liana 9.3.13
- Database type: postgres

We are investigating what happened. We don’t know yet what happened
Got it, thanks, once you get it solved, post here and we can close it. In the meantime, I’m keeping an eye for new users.
