New users getting 409 error

Hey! Usually new users created take some time to propagate but the last one don’t even work after a few days, they are getting a 409 error.

The users affected are: kof..@..nt.com and che..@..nt.com

Observed behavior

After login, and loading a resource we see

Context

  • Environment name: production
  • Agent technology: (node, php, rails, python): ruby
  • Agent (forest package) name & version: forest_liana 9.3.13
  • Database type: postgres
Ive Recently Upgraded to Forest Admin Pro and now cannot access any of my collections

We are investigating what happened. We don’t know yet what happened
