Open small window and take action as per input

I have smart field which contains static link. I would like to open the one small window or screen on click of that static link with that raw data. Then I will verify those data and send mail. So, how can I do that?

In above image you can see the receipt link which I would like to open in window and after verify it would like to send on mail or anything. How can I open window and access that particular raw data?

However, we don’t have any widget that allow to preview other models into a popin (if I understand your request)
