Summary View Navigation: "This Collection Cannot be Found"

When in a Summary View and clicking the title contained in a related model section, FA navigates to a page that says “This Collection Cannot be Found.” Clicking on the same collection name in the “Related Data” panel on the left correctly navigates to the collection.
