Unable to access project

After logging into Forestadmin and clicking on my project, after a few seconds I see “Our server encountered an error. An unexpected error occurred.” No menus or other UI, just this error message. I have tried logging out, logging back in, clearing cookies, etc. I’m unable to access the settings for this project, so I can’t do much else.
