US time format for no reason

Hello,

Since today, our date and times fileds are under US format and not french. This is critical as in travel industry with a 24H/24 customer service we need our agent to see date and times under a very stable format please :

Observed behavior

Even with widget, date and time format are base on US format (AM/PM hours, month before day)

Expected behavior

With the widget display “lll” on dates variables, I should see '10 dec. 2021 18:27" according to https://momentjs.com/ and what I used to see.

As stated here we identified an issue and released a fix just now.
