What is the feature?
Allow using filters in dashboard visibility conditions.
What problem does this solve for you?
Say I want a dashboard to see customer data.
If a customer has created a referral code, I may want to show a collection or even a whole section about their referral status (which other customers have been referred, the total monthly subscription amount, overall discount, etc.).
But if not all customers have created a referral code, then I would be showing an empty section with empty fields, empty collections, and such.
Being able to use filters similar to those in searches or collections would help massively to finely control the visibility of elements.
