"You have been disconnected" error and signed out frequently in forestadmin

Keep getting disconnected frequently in forest admin

Observed behavior

Keep getting disconnected frequently in forest admin. On investigation I saw the below error ‘activity-logs-requests’ 401 unauthorized in thebrowser console.

Expected behavior

Forest admin should not logout the user.

In order to help you out, could you please:

  • Give us a bit more context on those inopportune logouts (frequency, what it always like this, when it happens e.g. when you put your computer on power-saving mode or when you have several Forest Admin tabs opened in the same time…)?
  • Give us your project name so that we can check have a closer look?

PS: we rollbacked some changes this morning on the subject as the problem was also brought up here.
