One of my forest users can’t connect to his account because of his 2FA configuration.
- He doesn’t saved recovery codes…
- He tried to sync the Google Authenticator (https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/about-us/about-the-university/identity-and-access-management/two-factor-authentication/google-authenticator-troubleshooting.html)
- He reseted his Forest Admin Password
