2FA Code Error - Google Authenticator

Hello here,

One of my forest users can’t connect to his account because of his 2FA configuration.

  1. He doesn’t saved recovery codes…
  2. He tried to sync the Google Authenticator (https://www.auckland.ac.nz/en/about-us/about-the-university/identity-and-access-management/two-factor-authentication/google-authenticator-troubleshooting.html)
  3. He reseted his Forest Admin Password

Is everyone can help us to resolve the issue?
