How do you reset a users 2FA? Not the Main forest one, but the one that comes up on server

Hello @nachopescado,

To remove the 2FA configuration, you need to log into your account, go to the user settings and click on the “disable 2FA” button.

If you no longer have access to your 2FA supplier code, you can click on “use recovery code” and enter the code that was provided to you during the 2FA setup.

I’m sorry, but I just realised that I had answered incorrectly, as the 2FA is about the project and not the user account. In this case you have to contact the forest admin support and explain that you want to deactivate the 2FA on the project. After that a process asking you some information will allow us to validate your identity and deactivate it if you wish.
