I would like to present specific actions only to some teams, and deny it from the rest of the teams.
Forest currently supports this for specific users.

It won’t exactly be on a per team basis, but close.

Have you noticed the option “Make smart action visible” in your collection settings?
It will make the action available/disable to an entire team!
