Agent migration forest-express-sequelize to new agent

Hello,
We’ve been working with forest-express-sequelize & reached performance limit. Forest support advised us to upgrade to the new agent.
We have more than 1 db to connect to forest (Microservice), they’re hosted in different containers. Any tips to make the transition to the new agent smoothly please ? We followed the guide and need help to connect more than 1 db and update forest schema.
