Bug Cannot connect to forest!

Access to forest admin

Observed behavior

while trying to connect on forest we got this following error:

Note that this happened to only one of our operation member (other members connected successfully without any problem).
The user that had the issue after trying connecting with other accounts he had also the same issue, even with Incognito browser. At the end he successfully connected after changing his Internet network.

Since we are using forest admin as main tool to manage our operations, this kind of issue is critical for us since we got blocked to do any operation. We would like to know the reason why this happened and how we can prevent this from happening in the future?

We understand that your team cannot stand this kind of inconvenience.

As far as I know, this error occurs when there is an internet connexion issue from the operation member computer itself (could be various things such as VPN configuration, browser cache or plugin, firewall, etc.). If other people could connect to our website, apparently there is no issue on our side and nothing we can do on our side to help you out directly.
You said the operation member finally succeeded in connecting after changing his internet connection: how exactly? What did he do? Would it be a repeatable solution if it happens again?
