Yes, it was failing in the past, so my guess it cached the error in that browser.
What do you mean by in the past ? It used to fail for all records but now only for this one ?
It failed only for this one because our server failed, it got fixed but Forest cached the error. If I login in to another browser, it works as expected.
Not related to this but an smart action got released and again it isn’t showing up in some browsers because it’s cached somehow. I tried HowTo fix Smart Actions disappeared from drop down but not luck. Are you having a cache issue recently?

I don’t think we cache this kind of data in the browser. Anyway, as you tested after deleting all data associated to the app, it seems related to something else.
Is it possible to copy/paste the whole error you encountered in the console? In your screenshot we can only see the first lines.
Can you also find the HTTP call in error in the network tab of your developer console? It might be helpful to see the status and error sent by the server.
You also wrote that you tested on other browsers, but was it with the same account or was it with different accounts? Did you test on the same team or another one?
Anyway, as you tested after deleting all data associated to the app, it seems related to something else.

It didn’t reach the server, it was blocked by the client as the console says.

Blocked by client means that something (such as an extension) is blocking the call. Can you try to deactivate all your extensions to see if it fixes your issue?
