I have been trying to access our data but continue to get the " Cannot reach your data" error since yesterday. I’ve consulted with other people in my team and this is not happening to them. (Edit: so it looks like it is happening to other people on the team).
The full error says: Your server may be down or your database connection broken.
Please check your server logs for more information. If the error persists, please let us know .
I have also tried to log out and in but it’s not working.

Could you check with your engineering team if they observe any error logs on your production server related to Forest Admin agent ?
From what I can see the error is not happening at a 100% rate and is also spread out across different collection/views.
Sadly the HAR you have shared is not related to the failing call.
