Dashboard changes not reflected via layout editor after reload the page

Can you give us a bit more details:

  • what do you mean by “reload”? A browser refresh?
  • you added a chart, saved it, but it disappears after the browser refresh?
  • what kind of chart are you trying to add?

please follow the below details.

  • what do you mean by “reload”? A browser refresh? - Yes reload the browser
  • you added a chart, saved it, but it disappears after the browser refresh? - I was charged with the placement of charts on dashboard layout / applied filter.
  • what kind of chart are you trying to add? - here I have added the single value chart and time-based.

I am not sure I understood well this sentence.
Do you mean that: you changed the charts positions, but after a refresh those new positions were not saved? And I don’t understand your mention to “applied filter”…
