How can I switch view to Smart View?

I cannot figure out how to switch the view to a Smart View.
I can see the Smart View when pressing “Edit Layout”, is that how we’re suppose to see it?

After pressing “Exit editor”:

Actually this configuration is made to be able to set the smart view as the default view for a given collection.

If you want the smart view to be displayed instead of the standard table view, you can reorder the list to place the smart view as the first element.
