Some Models access forbiden

Failed to load new models.

I updated to liana 7 and that work on localhost but after deploying to staging the new tables are not accessed

Failure Logs

That seems that the routing doesn’t work properly.
Any thought?

Hi @Gal_Saada,

Thanks for your message.

I have 2 questions for you:

  • Did you follow the upgrade to v7 note while doing it?
  • Do you have a role assigned to yourself (Project settings > Roles) that enables the access to this staging environment?

Yes! for sure

Absolutely, I’ve access to the rest of the tables.

Where is the project located the routing?

Hey @Gal_Saada ,

Could you please share a screen of that error once you have clicked on g.value  ?

Hi @vince Thanks for your quick response.
Not sure which error you are talking about.
But you can see the first image I also added here the console error I recieve

In you screen shot click on the link next to g.value

Could you share you project name please  ?

Project name: GyroAdmin
Environment: Staging

Hey @Gal_Saada

Could you check that the role is still correctly defined (With read access) for your newly added collections (In the Project Settings > Roles > YourRole screen)?

Let me know

That’s a new section I wasn’t aware of.
Thank you!
Is there a way to set it true in default?

Did it fix your issue?

Sadly, there is currently no way to achieve this, I’ll push this as a suggestion on our product board.
Let me know if your still having the issue
