Tabs component on workspace

Using Tabs component in our workspace

Observed behavior

When I put content in the tabs and then I refresh the page, the Tabs content will disappear and get scattered randomly in the workspace page.

Expected behavior

Tabs content should be saved as any other component.

  • Project name: clevermate dashboard
  • Environment name: clevermate test

The same problem happens with the Section component as well.

I cannot reproduce on my end.
Is it possible that many people modify the same workspace at the same time ?

@shohanr thanks for your response.
I confirmed that only me editing on the workspace. I got the issue always when I refresh the page.
what I just did now:

  1. inserted a Tabs component.
  2. edited the titles of tabs (tab1:paris, tab2:lyon, tab3:visio). => save
  3. exit editor … all good
  4. refresh the page
    => ! the Tabs titles are returned to default : (tab1, tab2, tab3).
    using Chrome 109, mac OS 12.2

PS: I got the same issue with the component “Section”

To investigate more into your case I will need some details :

  1. Do you have any error console ?
  2. When you change the name of a Tabs, you should have a request in the Network tab of your browser.

    It should look like that.
    Can you confirm that you have no error on this request ?

What do you mean by “the same issue” ?
You cannot change the name of a section. I do not understand this point. Could you please add some clarifications ?

  1. When I click save I dont see any errors on the console.
  2. I got this on the network log after hiting save:

For the Section component:

I mean here that changes got lost after I refresh the page.

To reproduce:
Insert a Section component.
I place other components inside it (a Text for example).
exit editor then refresh the page => I see the Text component placed outside the Section.

Thank you for reporting this issue. I do reproduce, it happens only on a non-production environment. We will create an issue and fix it asap :pray:

Could you try to do a small change on your layout and see if it fixes the issue. We’ve just released something that should fix your issue :wink:

I just faced this issue again for the Tabs component.

the same scenario as last time to reproduce.

here where I edited the tabs titles:

I do reproduce your issue. I will create a bug ticket.
We will keep you informed as soon as a fix has been released
