Urgent: List view is not working any more

This morning, we are receiving a new warning about a Premium feature:

What is the problem please? We are already in Starter plan, and our last invoice has already been paid on January, 5th.
We never had this problem before today.

  • did it appear on a particular segment?

After a refresh, I have been logged out, and it took a long time to come back, but it works now.

The problem occurred on our KYC collection, in Compliance team, which is displayed using segments.
The specificity seems to be linked to the use of SQL queries in the segment specifications.



I am also adding that, when the issue occurred, none of my dashboard in which I’m displaying graphs was working any more.

Indeed we found a regression in our latest release related to queries used in segment specifications. We’re working on a fix, that will be released very soon. I’ll come back to you when it will be ready, to be sure that it works as expected on your side.


We released a fix, it should be available in production. Could you please refresh your browser and check of your list view and your dashboards are working as expected?
