We see the database tables and columns but they do not get populated.
Message “Your server encountered an error.” is displayed.
Our Google cloud database up and is accessible and the back end app is running.
Please get this corrected urgently.

We think that this is related to Roles v1 systems deactivation. Do you confirm that you had the “final reminder” red banner on top of your Forest Admin interface, for months?

So you confirm that your project is still running on Roles v1 despite the fact that it has reached end-of-life on December 1st, 2023.
It’s been months that our warnings and reminders have been ignored.
It does not feel fair to receive such request “Please get this corrected urgently”.
Did you engage the agent upgrade to a supported version? Did you try to migrate to our cloud solution as an alternative?
I am not a developer Arnaud. I have reached out to a few developers but it did not work out. I have also reached out to you to help me with this but you denied the same.
Putting a red mark on the screen is not a solution. Has anyone from your team reached out on understanding why am I not able to do so.
I hope that just blasting on your customer is not the agenda. If it would be a simple thing to do, I really do not mind doing it but it is complicated.

Our final reminder was sent almost 2 months ago, and we never received a clear response.
We reach out to you by email several times in the past 2 months, we also didn’t receive transparent messages.
Implementing all the past precautionary steps since our June 2023 communication, shows that we really cared for the customers remaining on Roles v1.
Without response we decided to move on.
Our team is still here to support if you want to migrate, but your never requested so in the past.
We consider the topic closed as you eventually migrated to a Cloud hosting with the help of our Customer Success team.
