Hi. Is it possible that the “Actions”, “Edit” and “Related data” buttons within a detail view are currently not working?

Could you please explain a little bit what you are experiencing ? I have no issue on my side 
Outside of the detailed view, this click works:
Inside, this click dont works:
Same with the edit button and the related data button links:
Is your View Image action a global action or an action restricted by segments ?
The related data never had an edit button. What do you mean ?
The smart action its not restricted by segments.
I mean that the click to acces to the related data is not working.
Also the button to EDIT the info in detailed view (Allow record update is enabled) is not working
