Error message "IP whitelist not retrieved" while "IP whitelisting is disabled

Observed behavior

Since I became paying customer, I get the message “IP whitelist not retrieved” when I try to access my account in Production.

Expected behavior

Being able to access my account

Context

  • Project name: Magello
  • Team name: Magello
  • Environment name: Production
  • Agent technology: rails (liana)
  • Agent (forest package) name & version: rails_liana 9.10.2
  • Database type: Postgres

I’m sorry that you are encountering the issue.
Does this error happen in all environments ?
Do you have any logs of the issue in your agent ? Did you restart it recently ?
I seem to have noticed that you do not have the IP whitelist feature enabled on your project, is that expected ? Did you set it up and then disable it ?

Sorry, I just noticed in the thread title that you meant it to be disabled

We have just launch a cache refresh on your project that should allow you to connect.
Can you please let me know if the issue persists ?

Thanks. After more investigation, I realized that the issue was related to Auth Secret not being set properly. The error message was rather misleading and push me in the wrong direction.
