Issue about Temporary Trashes folder

Delete and restore experience action

Observed behavior

Recently one of the users restored an experience on production environment and observed that partner id got changed when restored the experience.

When investigated this issue, we observed that folder for deleted experiences was showing as “Temporary Trashes” whereas for other users its “Temporary Trash”.

“Temporary Trashes” folder is opening by default for that user as its first in the list. However, for other users, its bottom in the list, so it is not opening by default.

“Temporary Trashes” folder should only contain deleted experiences. But it is containing both deleted and existing experiences. Hence, giving restore option to existing experiences too.

Expected behavior

We expect to see only deleted experiences in “Temporary Trash” folder. So that users will not get option to restore existing or non-deleted experiences.

Also, user is requesting if “Temporary Trashes” folder can be hidden or moved to bottom for specific users role.

  • Does the user who see Temporary Trashes have the same team than the other users?
  • is Temporary Trashes / Trash are segments?
