Dear Forest Admin Team,

We used Forest Admin until August but stopped using it afterward. In October, we even deleted our project. However, we noticed that there is no “Delete Account” option, so we were unable to proceed with account deletion. Despite this, we are still receiving billing requests, and today we received a $60 charge.

As we have already left the organization, we cannot access any pages, even when logging into Forest Admin. Attached is a screenshot of what we see when logging into Forest Admin with our previous account. As you can see, we are unable to access any page.

Please delete our account completely and cancel the $60 charge issued today. For reference, our previous organization’s project name was Bokbiking.

We would appreciate your prompt response regarding this matter.
