Cannot invite team member to project

Hi! I’m trying to invite my team member to our forest admin project, but when she clicks the link and logs in, it says “The invitation is not addressed to this account”. We have tried to invite the user with several versions of upper/lower case (since I’ve seen that this has been a solution in other cases) with no luck. Can you please help? Her email is: natalia.kumpanenko@sparrowhawk.se

  • Team name: 2 - CustomerCare

Indeed, Natalia registered with Natalia.kumpanenko@sparrowhawk.se (capital N at the beginning).
I’m resending the right invitation (with this exact address) right now.
Could you ask her to follow this latest invitation and let me know if it works?
