This is a consistent behavior. Some of my invited users do not get the invite email.
When that happens, I deleted them from the invited list and re-invite them.
This way they do get an email.

Yes, and the computer they are using is plugged in to electricity too
As I mentioned, re-inviting them sends an email, and no, it does not go into spam.
